Där Lighting is known for its wide range of beautiful lighting designs, including traditional chandeliers and statement pieces, table and floor lamps, wall lights, and lampshades.

With a design team and global sourcing, the där lighting collection incorporates the latest techniques and design ideas worldwide, continuously pushing boundaries in the ever-changing, fashion-forward industry. där specialises in combining decorative features with the latest lighting technologies; the light fittings are beautiful, functional, practical, sustainable, and easy to maintain. The brand is well known in b2b circles but had not, until we begun working with them, historically been consumer facing.

We have worked with där since 2014 and thoroughly enjoy representing this eclectic, respected and stylish brand. Initially our remit was focused on Public Relations but in 2019 we were asked to plan and run their Instagram and Facebook campaigns.

At the outset we were charged with breathing new life into a loyal Instagram community with the objective of growing follower numbers from 5,000 to 10,000. This we are very proud to say we achieved in under 8 months. The social media and Public Relations strategy was focused on bringing increased brand visibility to the consumer market. This surge in visibility boosted footfall into the high st där stockists, and likewise online sales – overall the increase supported the network of retailers. Highlighting där’s exceptional customer service was a key focus, which was reflected in the brand’s quick responses and engagement with their Instagram community.

The results were immediate and impactful: there was a noticeable increase in engagement and a steady growth of loyal, engaged followers. The brand also saw a rise in user-generated content from very satisfied customers, reinforcing trust. With a visual brand and fantastic media collateral we had plenty of scope to be creative, tell a story and engage with consumers. We introduced the very popular “#tadär” campaign, encouraging där customers to send in their own pics, showing their purchases in situ. Real social proofing in its purest form.
Using real homes elicits an emotional response, advocating the message that we can all create a wow, or “#tadär “moment in our homes. users are asked to tag the photo on Instagram or Facebook, or occasionally even through email.

The där social media campaign results demonstrated immediate success, showing a significant increase in engagement, a steady growth of loyal, engaged followers, and rich content generated from happy customers keen to share their products, reinforcing trust in the brand. We continue to work with där on both their PR and SM campaigns, and we are delighted to say that we continue to deliver consistent results, focusing on increasing followers, engagement and media exposure across the board year-on-year.
