The Challenge

We were contacted by this unassuming homeware brand in November 2019. The challenge was to get them noticed amongst a myriad of better-known brands. They wanted to be seen amongst their competitors but where possible on digital platforms with a direct call to action. Not only that, the message of quality needed to be strong. In terms of PR collateral, we were limited to mainly cut-out images.

How we helped

Very quickly we were able to get in front of key journalists and present the main products and features of the brand. We worked with the company to provide samples where appropriate and very quickly Homescapes became a “go-to” for 10 best features everywhere. In addition, we were able to secure product placement and brand features in the target titles of House Beautiful, Ideal Home, Style at Home, Homestyle, Your Home, Real Homes… as well as regular appearances in the National Press and even on TV.

The result

Despite the disruption of COVID-19 we were able to achieve over 300 individual pieces of coverage with a PR value in excess of £700,000 in 2020.
